There was hope. This painting represent when certain methods and parts of yourself die but then there is that one moment of hope that blossoms, that stays, that inspires you to walk in what GOD has for you. We go through so many ebbs and flows to find that one string of hope that carries us, recenters us. In relation to my journey I’ve always had difficulty prior to my cancer diagnosis having hope for my direction, and constantly caught in the monotony. It took this journey to realize GOD has more for me that there is hope in the storm, that the water sent was to grow me and not drown me. There is growth, relationship, realization, beauty, and promise in the moment when life is fresh air, and the old parts of you that died can be let go.
